TrackScan-P 3D Scanning System

TrackScan-P pairs a 3D scanner head with SCANTECH's E-Track optical tracker to scan without applying reference markers to the part — the tracker follows the scanner head directly, which cuts setup time substantially versus marker-based systems. Aerospace-grade carbon fiber construction keeps it stable under vibration and temperature swings, and it handles both bright and black part surfaces without special prep. Three tiers: TrackScan-P42 (34 crossed blue lines, 1,900,000 measurements/second), TrackScan-P542 (42 crossed blue lines, 2,200,000 measurements/second), and TrackScan-P550 (also 42 lines, up to 2,600,000 measurements/second, the fastest in the family). All reach 0.025mm accuracy and 0.020mm resolution, with volumetric accuracy from 0.044mm + 0.012–0.015mm/m depending on model and working volume (9.1–18.0 m³). Hole-inspection technology auto-extracts hole features via grayscale boundary detection (with a detachable fill-light module) for accurate roundness, position and diameter repeatability on sheet-metal and machined holes. Multiple tracker heads can be cascaded to extend coverage on large workpieces, and it pairs with the T-Probe portable CMM stylus (0.030mm single-point repeatability) for datum holes and hidden features, the AirGO Pro wireless module, or a robot arm to build an AutoScan-T automated cell. Recommended workpiece size range is 100–8000mm (P550/P542) or 200–6000mm (P42). CE and UL certified. USB 3.0, -10°C to 40°C, 10–90% RH non-condensing. Bundled with ScanViewer inspection software.
