SIMSCAN 3D Scanner

SIMSCAN is SCANTECH's smallest handheld scanner: an all-metal body weighing 570g at 203 × 80 × 44mm, small enough to operate one-handed, including in confined spaces like deep grooves and flow channels where its closely-spaced twin cameras hold an advantage over larger scanners. It won a Red Dot Design Award and a China Patent Award. Three tiers scale laser line count and speed: SIMSCAN22 (14 crossed blue lines), SIMSCAN30 (22 crossed blue lines, 2,020,000 measurements/sec), and SIMSCAN42 (34 crossed blue lines plus 7 parallel blue lines for fine work and 1 extra line for deep-hole scanning, up to 2,800,000 measurements/second and a 700 × 600mm scan area). All three share 0.020mm resolution and up to 0.015mm + 0.012mm/m volumetric accuracy with the MSCAN-L15 photogrammetry system (0.015mm + 0.035mm/m standalone). Can pair with the AirGO Pro wireless transmission module for tethered-free operation with live screen mirroring, or with SCANTECH's automated scanning platforms for batch inspection. Output over USB 3.0 in .pj3/.asc/.igs/.txt/.mk2/.umk/.stl/.ply/.obj, -10°C to 40°C. Bundled with ScanViewer inspection software.
