KSCAN 3D Scanner

KSCAN is SCANTECH's composite 3D scanner line, combining infrared and blue laser scanning in one handheld unit — five working modes covering wide-area scanning, high-speed scanning, fine-detail scanning, deep-hole/blind-spot scanning, and a built-in global photogrammetry system, selectable on the fly for the job at hand. The KSCAN20 uses 14 crossed red laser lines (plus 1 extra red line) for wide-area work and 5 parallel blue laser lines for fine scanning, and supports deep-hole scanning. Volumetric accuracy is rated up to 0.015mm + 0.012mm/m when paired with the MSCAN-L15 photogrammetry system (0.015mm + 0.035mm/m standalone). Optional accessories extend it further: a K-Probe contact touch probe for hard-to-reach features, an intelligent boundary-detection module, and a tube/pipe measurement module. Output formats include .stl, .ply, .obj, .igs, .wrl, .xyz, .dae, .fbx, .ma and .asc, with USB 3.0 connectivity, rated for -10°C to 40°C operation. Comes bundled with SCANTECH's ScanViewer inspection software for GD&T analysis, deviation-map comparison against CAD, and tube/pipe-specific inspection reporting.
