SCANTECH's flagship composite scanners — KSCAN-Magic and KSCAN-MagicⅡ — step up to 41 and 45 laser lines with wide-area infrared scanning up to 3760 × 3150mm for large-part, high-speed metrology work.
KSCAN-Magic and KSCAN-MagicⅡ are the higher-performance models in SCANTECH's composite KSCAN line, adding an 11-line parallel infrared wide-area mode alongside the same high-speed, fine and deep-hole blue-laser modes as the base KSCAN.
KSCAN-Magic combines 41 laser lines total (22 crossed blue for high-speed, 7 parallel blue for fine work, 11 parallel infrared for wide-area, plus 1 extra blue line for deep-hole scanning), scanning at up to 1,350,000 measurements/second across a 1440 × 860mm infrared field. KSCAN-MagicⅡ steps up to 45 lines (26 crossed blue lines) and 1,650,000 measurements/second. Both reach 0.010mm resolution and up to 0.015mm + 0.030mm/m standalone volumetric accuracy (0.015mm + 0.012mm/m with the MSCAN-L15 photogrammetry system), with built-in photogrammetry as standard and the same K-Probe, boundary-detection and tube-measurement options as the KSCAN20.
Output formats, interface and operating range match the rest of the KSCAN family: .stl/.ply/.obj/.igs/.wrl/.xyz/.dae/.fbx/.ma/.asc output over USB 3.0, -10°C to 40°C. Bundled with ScanViewer inspection software.
