Fin Stamping Dies (4mm–25mm)

We design and build progressive fin stamping dies to order, covering tube diameters from 4mm up to 25mm — smaller and larger sizes on request. Each die is engineered for the customer's actual fin drawing rather than adapted from a catalog part, so hole diameter, pitch, collar height and fin width are all built to spec. Compatible materials include aluminum foil (bare or hydrophilic-coated, O or H22 temper), copper foil, aluminum-magnesium alloy and stainless steel, in the thickness and stock width the customer's line already runs. Material and finish are confirmed against the customer's own fin drawing before tooling starts. We build dies for the full range of fin surface patterns used in heat-exchanger production: V-wave (V-corrugated) fins, louver (shutter-style) fins for improved airside heat transfer, sine-wave fins, bridge fins (lanced bridge profile), and special-shape or custom-cut fin geometries. Staggered or inline hole patterns, single or multi-row, single or double progression are all available. Our dies run on American, Italian, Japanese and Chinese press styles — we're familiar with the mounting, feed and stroke characteristics of each and adapt the die design to the customer's existing press rather than requiring a specific brand. Build quality follows the same standard across every die we make: wear parts (piercing punch/die, row-cutting, side-cutting and cut-off blades) in ASP30 tool steel from Sweden at HRC62–64; structural and sub-die plates in P20, PDS5 or NAK80 pre-hardened tool steel (China, Japan and Germany sourced as appropriate); feeding components in SKD11 tool steel. Punch-to-die concentricity is held within 0.002mm. Wear parts are rated for 25 million+ strokes before resharpening, with up to 10 regrinds available over the die's service life, backed by a 12-month warranty and lifetime paid maintenance. Beyond the die itself, we support global installation and after-sales service, with service points in Malaysia and Brazil in addition to on-site commissioning by our own engineers. We also take on custom spare-parts fabrication orders — punches, dies, guide posts, feeding fingers and other wear components — whether the original die was supplied by us or not.
